Potato Soup


Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Water (or broth)
5 Medium Potatoes, Peeled
1 Stalk Celery, sliced
1/4 Cup Water
2 Cups Skim Milk
3/4 teasponn Salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Green Onions, thinly slices
Directions:
1. Bring broth to a boil.
2. Add potatoes and celery.
3. Cover and heat to a boil.
4. Boil for 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
5. Puree vegetables.
