Turkey Soup


Ingredients:
Turkey Thighs & Legs
2-3 Plum Tomatoes (sm can peeled)
2 Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1 Onion
Directions:
1. Put Turkey in water with salt. Bring to a boil, skim for foam.
2. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion. Cook until meat is tender.
