1. Cube french toast put in pan and spray with pam. Whisk; eggs, milk, nutmeg, vanilla & 3/4 Brown sugar. Stir in blueberries. Pour over french toast. Cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle pecans and 1/4 cup brown sugar over mixture cover with foil bake for 40 min. Remove foil and continue baking for 20min. or until liquid is absorbed or blueberries bubbling. Add syrup and eat.
