1. If using head of fresh cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Put cauliflower in 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Add salt.
3. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes.
4. While vegetables are cooking, mix mayonnaise and mustard. Add pepper to taste.
5. Pour mayo/mustard over cooked veggies and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Cover and cook 1 more minute. Stir and let stand a minute or so until cheese melts.
