Drop Biscuits


Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening or butter
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Cut in butter, then mix in the milk.

3. Drop onto greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
Notes:
For tasty vegan biscuits, use Earth Balance Shortening or Buttery Sticks and soy milk.
