Avocado and Tomato Salad (or dipping sauce)

Ingredients:
2 avocados, diced (ripe, but not too soft)
1 sm red onion, diced
grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2-1 fresh green or red chile, seeded and finely chopped
8 oz tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 heaping Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 heaping Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix it all together.
Notes:
It is not very saucy, so I call it a salad. The chile can easily be left out if you don't want the kick.
