2 avocados, diced (ripe, but not too soft)

1/2-1 fresh green or red chile, seeded and finely chopped
8 oz tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 heaping Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 heaping Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
