1. Brown meat with minced garlic. Add to large pot with Italian seasoning, oregano, tomatoes/Rotel, and tomato sauce. Bring pot to simmer.
2. Dice onion, bell pepper, and jalepeno/serrano. Saute in olive oil until tender then add to pot.
3. Simmer for several hours if possible.
4. If desired, serve with oven toast. Put oven on 350°. Cover with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper then bake until slightly brown.
