Lean Bean Salad

Ingredients:
1 small red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 16-oz can garbanzo beans
1 15-oz. can french style green beans no salt added
Directions:
1. Drain beans well
2. Combine all other ingredients in a 2 quart salad bowl.  THEN add beans.  May be chilled or served immediately. 
Notes:

this will keep well for 5 days
