Breakfast Tortilla Wrap |
1 strip turkey bacon, chopped 2 tblsp chopped green pepper 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cumin (optional) 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper (optional) 2 large egg whites, slightly beaten or 1/4 cup Eggbeaters chopped tomato 3-4 dashes hot pepper or tabasco (optional) 8 inch tortilla, warmed
In a 8-10 inch skillet cook bacon until crisp. Add green pepper, cumin & salt (crushed red pepper). Cook for 3 min. Add egg and cook for 2 min. Stir in tomato and hot pepper sauce. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up.
