Spicy Stir-fried Pork With Beans In Red Curry


Ingredients:
500 g Pork Fillet
3/4 Cup Red Curry Paste
500 g Green Beans
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Palm Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in the wok and then saute the chili paste and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant. Add the pork and keep stirring until it is done.

2. Season to taste with sugar and fish sauce.
3. Add the beans and stir well.
4. Serve over piping hot steamed jasmine rice.
