Hershey's Chocolate Chip Cookies
One of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipies, courtesy of Hershey's.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 C (2 sticks) butter (softened)
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla.  Add eggs and mix well.  Add flour, soda, and salt, mixing well.  Add chocolate chips.
2. Drop by rounded teaspon onto cookie sheet.  Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes.
Notes:
I especially like to use dark chocolate chips in this recipe.
