1. For the first layer: Use a double broiler to heat the first 4 ingredients. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
2. To the mix, add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Put into 9x13 pan and refrigerate.
3. For the second layer: Mix ingredients, spread over first layer, and refrigerate.
4. For the third layer: When the second layer is firm, melt the chocolate chips with the butter and spread over the second layer.
