3. Place frozen apples in small baggie. Seal securely and set aside.
4. In another small baggie, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Seal securely and set aside.
5. Insert the pie crusts, apples, and sugar mix bags into a gallon-size Ziploc freezer bag and seal. With a sharpie marker, label the outside of the bag "Apple Pie".

8. Thaw completely in refrigerator.
9. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
10. Prepare bottom crust as directed on box, using 9-inch pie plate.
11. In a bowl, combine apples and sugar mixture and stir to coat the apples evenly. Pour apples and loose sugar mixture into pie shell.
12. Top with second crust; seal edge and flute. If you would like, you can brush the top crust with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar. Cut slits in several places on top crust to let steam vent.
13. Bake 45 - 60 minutes or until golden brown. After 15 to 20 minutes of baking, cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Cool completely before serving.
