Creamy Chicken Bake (OAMC)

An unusual mix of ingredients, but this is a flavorful casserole.
2 cups fully cooked diced chicken breast
1 1/2 cups bechamel sauce (or Campbell's White Cream Sauce, if available)
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup potato chips, crushed
1. Packaging Instructions
2. In a gallon-size freezer bag combine the chicken, bechamel, sour cream, and poppy seeds.  Seal bag securely.  Set aside.
3. In a small baggie, place the crushed potato chips.  Seal securely.  Set aside.
4. Insert both bags into a gallon-size Ziploc freezer bag and seal.  With a sharpie marker, label the outside of the bag "Creamy Chicken Bake".
5. Place in freezer.
6. Cooking Instructions
7. Thaw completely in refrigerator.
8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
9. Spray bottom of 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
10. Empty chicken mixture into pan and stir to evenly mix ingredients.
11. Sprinkle potato chips over chicken mixture.
12. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
13. Makes 3 servings.  This recipe can be doubled for 6 servings.
14. Serving Suggestions: Green beans and steamed carrots.
For best results in quality and packaging, expel as much air from the baggies as possible.
