Kitchen Tips - Soaking Dried Beans in a Pressure Cooker

While this works in a pinch, I find that it results in a lot of split skins, which really doesn't bother me if I am just serving it to my family.  But, for better looking beans, use the traditional long soak process.
Directions
1. Cover beans by 3 inches of water. Bring to pressure. Cook  5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, and let pressure drop naturally.
3. Drain and discard the water, rinse beans, and proceed with recipe.
