Oven Barbecued Chicken (OAMC)

Bring the summertime flavors of barbecue indoors with this quick and easy meal.
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Packaging Instructions
2. Do not open chicken breasts.  Set aside.
3. In a gallon-size freezer bag, combine the ketchup, orange juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion, and garlic powder.  Seal securely.  Set aside.
4. Insert chicken and barbecue sauce bag into a gallon-size ziploc freezer bag and seal.  With a sharpie marker, label the outside of the bag "Oven Barbecued Chicken".
5. Place in freezer.

7. Thaw completely in refrigerator.
8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
9. Spray bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish.
10. Arrange chicken in baking dish.  Knead barbecue sauce bag to mix and pour over chicken.
11. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done, turning chicken over halfway through cooking time.
12. Remove foil, turn chicken over again, and return to oven to cook an additional 10 minutes to brown chicken.
13. Makes 3 servings.  This recipe can be doubled for 6 servings.
14. Serving suggestions: Rice pilaf and steamed broccoli.
For best results in quality and packaging, expel as much air from the baggies as possible.
