Soda Pop Jelly

This recipe excites me. Why? Because we have a local store that sells soda pop from all around the world. I think it will also be good with everyday flavors, as well.
12 ounces soda pop, your choice of flavor
3 cups sugar
1 package pectin

Combine soda and sugar in large saucepan. Heat to boiling stirring to dissove sugar.

2. Add pectin.

Stir constantly to bring to a boil and boil hard for 30 seconds.


Ladle into clean hot jars and process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.
