Soft Chicken Tacos (OAMC)

Kid friendly..adult friendly too! These are tasty and tummy pleasing.
Ingredients
2 cups fully cooked diced chicken breast
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
6 flour tortillas

2. In a gallon-size freezer bag combine the chicken, onion, bell pepper, picante sauce, and taco seasoning.  Seal bag securely and gently knead to mix ingredients.  Set aside.
3. In a small baggie place the cheese.
4. In a small baggie place the tortillas.
5. Insert all bags into a gallon-size ziploc freezer bag and seal.  With a sharpie marker, label the outside of the bag "Soft Chicken Tacos".
6. Place in freezer.

8. Spray a nonstick skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Empty chicken mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat until hot throughout.  Add a small amount of water, if needed.
9. Spoon chicken into center of tortillas, add cheese, and fold tortillas around filling.
10. Garnish with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
11. Makes 3 servings.  This recipe can be doubled for 6 servings.
12. Serving suggestions: Corn souffle and a green salad with salsa.
 
Notes:
For best results in quality and packaging, expel as much air from the baggies as possible.
