Teriyaki Salmon (OAMC)

This is great meal for a family dinner or if company is coming.
3 salmon filets
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1. Packaging Instructions
2. Do not open the salmon filets.  Set aside.
3. In a gallon-size freezer bag combine the honey and teriyaki sauce.  Seal securely.  Set aside.
4. Insert the salmon and honey/teriyaki bags into a gallon-size ziploc freezer bag and seal.  With a sharpie marker, label the outside of the bag "Teriyaki Salmon".
5. Place in freezer.
6. Cooking Instructions
7. Thaw completely in refrigerator.
8. Remove salmon from packaging and place into the bag with the honey/teriyaki mixture.  Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

9. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
10. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
11. Place marinated salmon filets in dish and bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
12. Makes 3 servings.  This recipe can be doubled for 6 servings.
13. Serving suggestions: Spinach salad and a bread of your choice.
For best results in quality and packaging, expel as much air from the baggies as possible.
