Velvet Cheese Sauce

Perfect over broccoli or other veggies. It's also great on a baked potato or as a chili dog/hot dog topping.
8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash Tabasco sauce
3 to 6 tablespoons milk (more or less to reach desired consistency)
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cook for 30 second intervals stirring after each interval until melted.
3. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups sauce.
