Poppyseed Chicken

Ingredients
6 breasts chicken
1 10-oz can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1 roll buttery crackers
1 tsp poppy seed
1/2 c margarine, melted
 
Directions
1. Boil chicken until tender
2. Cool, cut chicken into bite-size pieces
3. Place chicken in greased casserole
4. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl and pour over chicken
5. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl and pour over chicken
6. Combine crackers and poppy seed and spread over mixture
7. Drizzle with margarine
8. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly
