3-1/2 cups mixed imported olvies such as Greek or Italian
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 (4-in.) sprigs fresh rosemary
4 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons snipped rosemary
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1. In bowl, combine olives, dry white wine, 1/4 cup olive oil and rosemary sprigs.  Pour into a 15x10x1-in. baking pan, arranging olives in single layer.
2. Bake the olive mixture in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or till most of the liquid has been absorbed, stirring them occasionally.
3. Return the mixture to the bowl.  Discard the rosemary sprigs.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 1 week.
