GRANNY WOLF'S WARM APPLE DIP

Prep Time: 10 minutes/Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutes
Ingredients
1 (8-oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 chopped red apple, divided
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
32 honey graham crackers, broken into quarters
 
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; stir in half the apples.  Spread onto bottom of small shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining apples.  Sprinkle with nuts.
2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.  Serve with graham crackers.
 
Notes:
Serves: 16 (2 tablespoons dip and 8 graham pieces each)
