PORK AND SAUERKRAUT STIR-FRY

Prep Time: 10 minutes/Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups Quick "Kraut (recipe here under Classic Dill Pickles)
8 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
Rice, for serving
 
Directions
1. In 12-in. skillet, heat toasted sesame oil on medium-high.  Add ground pork and salt; cook 5 minutes, breaking up meat.
2. Add Quick 'Kraut and shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced.  Cook 3 minutes, stirring.  Serve with rice.
