THE FABULOUS FOUR TEAS

Ingredients
4 tea bags
1 gallon water
For Pineapple Tea:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
For Strawberry Tea:
1-1/2 cups strawberries, pureed
Sugar to taste (if berries are tart)
For Rosemary Tea:
Rosmary sprigs
For Mint Tea:
Mint sprigs
 
Directions
1. Boil gallon of water, add tea and cover.  Let steep for 5 minutes.  Remove bags.  Pour hot tea into 4 1 quart containers.
2. Pineapple Tea: Combine juices and sugar.  Add to one quart of the tea and stir.  Chill.
3. Strawberry Tea: Combine strawberry puree and sugar.  Add to one quart of tea.  Chill.
4. Rosemary and Mint Tea: Add a few sprigs of rosemary to one quart of tea and stir.  To the last quart, add a small amount of fresh snipped mint.  Allow both to cool down  until at room temperature.  Remove herbs and chill.
