2 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
2 yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
1 (9-oz.) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup chopped green onions (about 2 to 3)
1 (8-oz.) bottle Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup (1-oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
1. Coat zucchini and squash lightly with nonstick cooking spray.  Grill on a lightly greased grill rack over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender.  Cut into bite-size pieces; set aside.
2. Cook tortellini according to package directions.  Drain and place in a large bowl.
3. Add zucchini mixture, tomatoes, onions and dressing to tortellini, tossing to coat.  Sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan cheese.
