Garlic and Herb Oil

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
4 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
kosher salt
ground black pepper
1. To make the Garlic and Herb Oil, put all the ingredients into a small saucepan and put it over low heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, just until it becomes aromatic. Set aside and allow the oil to cool.
