Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients
2 cans Mexi-Corn
2 cans Black Beans
fresh cilantro
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 red wine vinegar and/or lime juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp tabasco
1/2 tsp sea salt
fresh tomato, chopped (optional)
avocado, chopped (optional)
 
Directions
1. Combine and eat. Great served with corn tortilla chips!

If using tomato and/or avocado add just before serving.
