Shredded Chicken Tacos

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 t Chile Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Paprika
1 t Onion Powder / Flakes
1 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Tabasco Sauce
As Desired
Tomatoes, diced
Sour Cream
1. Put the seasonings in a pan with 2 cups water, and cook over high heat.
2. Cut the chicken into large chunks (~6-8), and cook in the pan with the seasonings until the chicken is cooked through. If the seasoning starts to thicken at this point, add some more water to it.
3. Once the chicken is cooked through, put the chunks on a cutting board. Using two forks, one to hold the chunk in place and pulling the other across the chunk with the grain, shred the chicken.
4. Add the chicken back to the pan, and let it cook until the seasoning starts to thicken.
5. Serve over tortillas and top as desired.
