Spinach Rice Topper

An ugly but delicious topping for rice

Ingredients
1 Chopped Spinach
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
Thyme (optional)
lbs Ground Beef or Sausage
Rice
 
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet
2. Add the cream of mushroom
3. Thin with milk as desired
4. Add the spinach
5. Brown the ground beef in a skillet
6. Serve over rice
 
Notes:
This recipe is all to taste. If you want it thinner, add more milk; meatier, well, add more meat! I always go a little heavy on the thyme, but that's just me. Add the frozen spinach by the handful until you have about what you want. A note, the point of this meal is not to look pretty. It's to taste good. Don't worry about color except to judge how much spinach you want...
