Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg French vanilla cake mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
cinnamon/sugar mixture
powdered sugar
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray fluted bundt pan with cooking spray.  Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Beat first 6 ingredients with mixer 3 minutes or until well blended.  Add brown sugar and nuts.  Mix well.

Pour batter into prepared pan.  Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 15 minutes.  Then cool completely on wire rack.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
