Butterscotch Peanut Fudge

Delicious Fudge!
Ingredients
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
 
Directions
1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly 5-6 minutes or until smooth.

Remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and salt until blended.  Pour into a buttered 9" square pan. 

Chill until firm; cut into squares.  Store in refrigerator.
 
Notes:
This fudge is especially creamy. 

You can add chopped peanuts or use chunky peanut butter, if you prefer.
