Cheesy, Creamy Chicken & Biscuits

Chicken, Cheese and Biscuits - what could be better?

Ingredients
4 Cups Cooked, chopped chicken
1 Can Cream of chicken soup
1 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 Frozen, Pillsbury Southern style biscuits, thawed
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 and Grease bottom and sides of 13 x 9 baking pan.
2. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and milk in bowl and mix well.
3. Spoon mixture into baking dish.
4. Bake 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven - sprinkle on 3/4 C. cheese.  Arrange biscuits in a single layer over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
6. Bake until biscuits are golden brown and sauce is bubbly - about 20 minutes longer.  Serve immediately.
 
Notes:
Comfort food at its best

I probably use more than 1 cup of cheese.
