1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and saute, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
Combine the chicken, tomatoes, garlic, sugar, celery seeds and wine in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low until the chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 hours.
Combine the cheeses in a small bowl and sprinkle them over the chicken. Don't stir. Cook until the cheese are melted, about 15 minutes.
Serve with pasta and spinach, a nice salad and some rolls (like my recipe for Mom's rolls).
