Mexican Pot Roast

Pot roast, with a tex-mex flavor. Very delicious!
Ingredients
1 3-lb Beef chuck roast
2 cans Mexican-seasoned canned tomatoes
2 bell peppers, sliced
minced garlic and onion powder to taste
 
Directions
1. Brown the roast on all sides in a skillet with a little oil.

Then place in a slow cooker with garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and seasonings.

Let roast cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Shred beef and wrap in warm flour tortillas.
 
Notes:
Add onions, if you like them.  Not in this house, though.

Serve with sour cream.
