Oatmeal Scotchies

Better than Oatmeal Raisin cookies, especially if your kids (& husband!) refuse to eat raisins.
Ingredients
1-1/4 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown sugar, packed
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Quick-cooking oats
1 12-oz pkg. Butterscotch chips
 
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon - set aside.

2. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. 
3. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well-mixed.
4. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
5. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake 7-8 minutes at 375.
7. Let cool 2 minutes then remove them from sheets. Cool completely.
