Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Oatmeal cookies with toffee, instead of raisins!
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Brown sugar, packed
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Heath baking bits
1. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt into medium bowl.  Stir with whisk.
2. Place sugar and butter in a large bowl.  Beat with a mixer at medium speed, until well blended.
3. Add vanilla and egg and beat well.
4. Add flour mixture and beat just until combined.
5. Stir in Heath bar bits.
6. Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets lightly coated with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.
8. Cool on pans 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
