Peanut Butter Toffee Bars

Ingredients
1 Cup Chunky peanut butter
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 Cup Flour
2 Cups Chocolate chips, divided
1 Cup Toffee bar bits
 
Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla, using an electric mixer, until thick and creamy.
2. Add eggs and beat well.  Add flour and beat until thoroughly blended.
3. Stir in 1 Cup chocolate chips with spoon.
4. Evenly spread in a 13 x 9 pan, coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.  Let sit 5 minutes.

7. Then spread chocolate chips evenly with a knife.  Sprinkle with toffee bar bits.  Cool in pan before cutting.
