To make clean up a little easier try this!

The next time you saute meats or other sticky type foods in your frying pan.
Remove the oil pour out and use paper towel to remove the excess oils.
Fill 1/4 way with water then sprinkle baking soda lightly over water.
Bring to a boil then turn off right away.
Let stand 20 minutes approx. and then check with spatula to see if crusts have loosened.
Finish cleaning with dishcloth, most of the time a scouring pad is not needed.
