Basic Spinach Salad

From the Belly Fat Cure Diet Cookbook. Salad's good, but try balsamic vinegar for dressing, the red-wine tastes a little weird.
Ingredients
12 oz baby spinach leaves
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tabl red-wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Directions
1. Divide the spinach, eggs and mushrooms onto four plates.  In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and red-wine vinegar; dress salads.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
