Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup fat free Catalina or barbeque sauce
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breats, cut into strips
1 envelope Libton dry onion soup mix
1 cup apricot or plum jam
 
Directions
1. In nonstick frying  pan at medium heat, saute chicken strips until lightly brown.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
