Cheez-it Pork Chops

Crushed cheese cracker pork chops
1 lb Pork tenderloin
1 Egg, beaten
1 tbsp Steak sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Cheese Crackers (finely crushed)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1. Combine egg, steak sauce and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
2. Crush cheese crackers (finely) in food proccessor.

3. Cut pork chops crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Pound or flatten slices to 1/4-inch thickness.
4. Dip each slice into egg mixture, then cracker crumbs.
5. Heat (1) tbsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
6. Add 1/2 of pork slices and cook 4 to 5 min per side or until browned.
