Platter (Swedish Pancakes)

3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter melted
1 egg beaten
1. Preheat pan.
2. In a large bowl beat 1 egg.
3. Stir in melted butter.
4. Stir in rest of ingredients.
5. Spoon 2 rounded tbsp of batter on greased pan.
6. Cook about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with jam or ligonberries and whipped cream.
