Healthy Cooking - Asian Deviled Eggs

6 eggs
3Tbsp reduced fat mayo
1/8tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper
1/4tsp soy sauce
1/4tsp minced fresh gingerroot
1/8tsp sriracha Asian hot chili sauce
cilantro for garnish
1. Hardboil 6 eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Set aside egg whites and 4 yolks. (use remaining yolks for something else) Mash reserved yolks. Stir remaining ingredients together, stuff into egg whites, and garnish.
