Apple Cranberry Crumb Pie

I made this and everyone complimented how good it was. The cranberries mesh together with the apples to create a perfectly sweetened pie.
1 Pie Crust, prepared (see my recipe for a Pie Crust)
8-9 Apples (I use Golden Delicious)
1/2 cup Cranberries, chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cloves
3 Tbsp. Tapioca, dry
1 tsp. Vanilla
Crumb Topping
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3.5 Tbsp. Oatmeal
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1. Roll out the pie dough and put into the pie dish.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Peel and slice the apples. Chop the cranberries and mix together into a large bowl.

4. Sprinkle the fruit with the lemon juice and gently fold to spread.
5. Add the rest of the filling ingredients to the apples and cranberries. Spread into the pie crust.
6. Combine all of the crumb toppings and cut in the butter.
7. Place the topping onto the apples.
8. Bake the pie for 55-60 minutes or until the apples are bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
You can add dried cranberries to the crumb topping.
