Easy Bruschetta

Need a quick appetizer because you've been slaving away in the kitchen making the main course? This Bruschetta is fast to the table and your guests will be wanting the recipe! Every time I serve this, people ask for the recipe.
1 French Baguette
1 jar Bruschetta sauce (found in deli/produce area)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese (to taste)
1. Turn the oven to the broiler setting.
2. Cut the baguette in a diagonal in 3/4" slices. Place on a cookie sheet and broil for 1-2 mins. or until golden brown. Remove from oven.
3. Top the toasted slices with a spoonful of Bruschetta. Sprinkle each piece with Mozzarella cheese.
4. Broil for 5 mins. or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
You can serve this with wine and cheese as a complete appetizer for your guests.
