Paleo Teriyaki Chicken

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup onions
1 cup peppers
2 handfuls lettuce
wheat free tamari sauce
1. Heat the chicken and olive oil in a pan on medium until nearly cooked
2. Add tamari sauce midway through cooking so it cooks into the chicken
3. Add onions, peppers, and pineapple
4. Finish over lettuce
