Bacon Wrapped Scallops

So easy and so good!
Ingredients
Scallops (Large)
Bacon
Oil
Kosher Salt (or Sea Salt)
Fresh ground black pepper
 
Directions
1. Wrap scallops in bacon.  Secure with toothpick, if needed.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, or spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Broil 10-15 minutes, until bacon is crisping.
5. Sit on paper towels to drain.
