Six Week Bran Muffins

Batter can be stored in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.

Ingredients
1 15z box Raisin Bran cereal
1 cup shortening, melted
3 cups sugar
1 qt buttermilk
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 large eggs, beaten
 
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

2. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
4. Store remaining mixture in airtight container in fridge for up to 6 weeks.
