Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

1 package polish kielbasa
1 medium sweet onion
2 tbs olive oil
1 carrot
1/2 large cabbage
1. Brown sausage. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. Add olive oil and chopped onion. Saute until translucent.
3. Julienne a carrot and add to onion.
4. Coarsely chop cabbage and add to onions and carrots.  Cook covered for about 5 minutes until cabbage is steamed.
5. Add sausage back to skillet and cook an additional 5 min.
